Please make your reservations as soon as possible and please mention you are with the Virginia State Council of Machinists.

There will be an executive board meeting on Thursday evening at 7:00 pm. All e-board members please plan to attend.

Registration begins at 8:30 am on Friday morning (October 3) along with a continental breakfast starting at 8:00 am. We will also register at the hospitality room on Thursday evening (October 2). Check with the front desk for the hospitality room number.

Registration fee is $50.00 per delegate and/or representative. Guest fee is $25.00 and spouses are welcome.

Delegates should arrive Thursday evening (October 2) or early Friday morning. Please send as many delegates as possible as we have a lot of work to do this election year.
